Neck Pain and Chronic Sleeplessness

I have not felt this good since high school! Since I began treatment with Dr. Kurt, I have found that I am able to sleep through the night in complete comfort. My aches and pains caused by my active work and lifestyle are no longer an issue. I feel rejuvenated. This was a great experience for me. I'm glad I came to see Dr. Staley, he has really made a difference.

Chronic back pain and Spinal Stenosis

If it wasn't for Dr. Kurt Staley's chiropractic care, I would not be walking today.With a history of chronic back pain and associated problems, I have been under Dr. Kurts care for 7+ years. During that time I have had two surgeries due to a disease of the spine and degenerated discs in my low back. Without chiropractic care, I would have had more surgeries and the surgery i did have would have been earlier and symptoms more severe. In my post surgery care, there has been evidence of improvement in my overall health, flexibility and overall mobility. I have fewer nerve based pain incidences and am stable. Dr. Kurts care has kept me stable and functioning during a very stressful part of my life. I am able to continue a active of life style of golf and sailing with minimal discomfort.

Migraines and Headaches

To me it was especiallly nice to have a Doctor who really cares about your total wellbeing. Dr. Kurt Staley is one of those exceptional people. I know that when I dont feel good , that I can go to him and he will give me the ajustment that I need. I also know I can see him in an emergency- like when I fall and hurt my back, he will be there to put everything back in order again.

Automobile Accidents

My family and I moved to this area in 2001. Upon relocation we were in search of a chiropractor. Dr. Staley was recommended to us. Myself and a few of my family members have been in motorvehicle accidents over the years and chiropractic care has made a tremendous difference. Chiropractic care has helped me get better after two motorvehicle accidents along with general chiropractic care have have a marked difference in my life. Dr. Staley brought to my attention the proper spinal health in a variety of aspects in my life. As a full time college student, I am carrying heavy books and spending late nights hunched over a desk studying. Dr. Staley showed me proper postural techniques to overcome my bad habits. I am grateful I live close enough to home to be treated on a regular basis.

Wellness care

The care provided at Optimal Health Chiropractic has been excellent. I've been seeing Dr. Staley for several years for maintenance/ wellness adjustments and feel that i am in the best shape I've been in years.
